5.2.2012: Es war zwar nicht anders zu erwarten, als dass ausgerechnet Russland und China ihr Veto gegen eine erneute Syrien-Resolution im UN-Sicherheitsrat aussprachen. Gelten beide Länder doch nicht wirklich als drängendste Verfechter von Menschenrechten. Es lief also wieder so wie im October 2011 from…  Da stellt sich zum einen die generelle Frage, ob dieser UN-Sicherheits in der aktuellen Form überhaupt noch eine Daseinsberechtigung hat. Und zum zweiten, ob bei einer geänderten Struktur Länder wie Russland und China überhaupt noch irgendein Veto-Recht bekommen dürfen. read more »
