New error message in Windows 7: Since it remains somewhat perplexed

31.1.2012: Sometimes you just do nothing, to generate error messages. In the truest sense of the word: do nothing. I had Word 2010 run on my Windows 7 PC, was not a time to work on the PC – and the result was the error message from the picture. What does she want me to say only?

27.12.2011: The wave of protest in Russia is growing, to an extremely surprising in a country like Russia, the second certainly a result of the events of the year 2011 in Tunesien, Egypt, Libyen etc., not really a miracle after the third exposure of the more absurd manipulations in the current Duma election. A very beseondere “Celebrity” Vladimir has Tschurow , the head of the Central Election Commission, can win: While he denied any manipulation on the one, he proudly announced a vote of 146 Percent (!) in the region of Rostov on Don (see Spiegel 52/2011, Page 79). 4.10.2011: It is hardly been a time not long online, as you stumble over human deepest abysses. Depths in a politician, is in the fairly high position as a confidant of the German Federal Chancellor, Head of the Federal Office and which has now proven as a rhetorical gifted. And, the tone is friendly at the Federal Chancellery, network, compassionate, expressive: “I can no longer see your face”, Roland Pofalla should have called his comrades Wolfgang Bosbach (see among others Spiegel Online),simply because it dared, contrary to the Party's dictatorship – um – Fraction opinion setting – his own conscience to place higher in the vote to the euro rescue package in the Bundestag. Bad start for Germany Cable: Newly built house amplifier is defective within a day

29.9.2011: In, das fängt ja gut an – gestern erfolgte die Installation von Kabel Deutschland für Internet und TV, was unter anderem den Austauch des alten Hausverstärkers mit sich brachte. Techniker kam pünktlich, alles installiert, alles funktioniert. Gestern abend dann mit doppeltem Tempo (bisher DSL 16) im Internet unterwegs, sehr gute Downloadraten. Und heute abend komme ich zurück – und im ganzen Haus ist Kabel ausgefallen. Heißt: kein TV, kein Radio, kein Internet. Anruf beim Techniker, der alles installiert hat  – und der neue Verstärker hat wohl seinen Geist aufgegeben – was natürlich alle im Haus betrifft und auch total verärgert (und alles an mir auslassen gerade…) …. zu Recht! read more »

And – is it this Christmas?

22.9.2011: Mal ganz ehrlich – das Datum steht am Anfang des Beitrags, und das müsste man den Verantwortlichen so mancher Einkaufsketten ins Hirn hämmern. Wir haben noch immer Mitte September – und die Läden füllen sich immer mehr mit typischen Weihnachtsartikeln. So langsam finde ich das ziemlich erbärmlich – was meint ihr? Bis Weihnachten sind es noch mehr als drei Monate – und all das, was früher auf dem dem Weihnachtsteller lag, worauf wir uns zu den Festtagen wirklich freuten, überschwemmt schon jetzt die Läden. Da vergeht mir einfach jegliche Vorfreude. Let's see, wann auf dem Oktoberfest der erste riesige Weihnachtsbaum aufgerichtet wird – bei Ikea steht er schon, geschmückt… Die spinnen doch, or? So langsam denke ich darüber nach, solche Läden bis nach Weihnachten zu boykottieren – naja, vermutlich hoppelt ab dem 27. Dezember der Osterhase durch diese Geschäfte…
